The Path to Whole-Life Integrity
There are many ways that we deal with uncomfortable life situations and stress that can lead to addictive behaviors; these addictions can temporarily shift our mood and distract us. And, they aren’t always bad things we use – such as alcohol, drugs, or pornography – but also work, exercise, T.V, or perhaps video games. With some of these, in fact, we get supported and rewarded.
Regardless of the unwanted habitual behavior, we can all struggle with things that make our lives feel out of control. As a result, our most important relationships suffer and we struggle to regain the balance that makes life really work. In this session, we’ll discuss the process any man can embrace to break free from these unwanted behaviors and ask ourselves:
- What do I need to watch for?
- How does my brain trick me?
- How does this path to whole-life integrity work?
